Meet the staff
Graham Kinnear BSc (Hons), FPCS, CPEA, CRLM, MGIS, AMASI, FPC, CeMAP, MLIA (Dip), CertPFS, DipDEA Director: Graham is a Fellow of the Property Consultants Society and the Southern Private Landlords Association. In addition he holds all the recognised industry qualifications in Estate Agency and Property Management including the Guild of Incorporated Surveyors and Membership of the Architecture and Surveying Institute ensuring a high degree of accountability, professionalism and integrity. In addition Graham has featured in the 'Whos Who in Property' book, as well as an assortment of property related television programmes. Graham’s role is primarily that of property survey, valuation, acquisition and management and is the face which all of our clients will recognise. He is based in our Cliftonville Office.
Stephen Parry BSc (Hons), FPC, MLIA (Dip) Director: graduated from Bournemouth University with a Business Studies degree and is involved with the financial and strategic planning of the company. Stephen is also a qualified mortgage consultant and is based at our Westbrook Office.
Craig Goodburn is our Company Secretary who brings a breadth of experience from both property and financial services backgrounds.He is based at our Ramsgate Office.
Stephen Williams BSc, FRICS, MCIArb is one of our consultants based in London but responsible for the South East Region Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator and plays a key role in our organisation.
Julie Butler joined Milton Ashbury ion 2006 and has now been elevated to the position of Property Manager and oversees the lmanagement of property both commercial and residential. She is based at our Cliftonville Branch.
Claire Crow BA (Hons). Joined Milton Ashbury in 2010 as Property Manager to support the growing volumes of tenancies undertaken through the Cliftonville Office.
Paul Hughes joined Milton Ashbury in 2007 and is now the Branch Manager at our Cliftonville Office and brings 15 years of estate agency experience. Previously a Senior Manager with a national chain of estate agents he brings strong leadership to the Cliftonville team.
Vyckie Abbott Vyckie is based at our Ramsgate office within the lettings department. She brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge of the Thanet area and a strong sales background. Since joining Milton Ashbury in 2007 she has won the "Negotiator of the Month" award more than any other member of staff at the Ramsgate branch.
Marc Johnson BSc (Hons)Marc is based at our Cliftonville Office and brings to the company a strong background in sales and marketing. He is responsible for the marketing initiatives of the firm including design, press release and the like.
Claire Bird, based at our Ramsgate Office is a Lettings Negotiator having joined Milton Ashbury in 2009 from a background in retail.
Robert Liley, joined Milton ashbury following a spell with a major insurance company. he is a Lettings Negotiator based at our Folkestone Office.
Amanda Moon. Amanda joined Milton Ashbury in 2011 as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. She is based at our Folkestone Office.
Stacey Cade. Stacey has joined our Ramsgate Office and is part of the sales team.
In Memorium:
Mark Hayes BA (Hons) Director. Mark graduated from Southampton with an RICS exempting degree in Valuation. Following spells with a number of London Commercial property firms, Mark was appointed a Director of our firm. Sadly Mark died in 2003.
