2007:

Estate Agency of the Year Awards: Best Marketing Campaign, (Bronze) We were awarded this award for our efforts in relation to the Royal Sea Bathing Development in Margate. Aware that this would be landmark development for our area we decided to open an office accross the road from the development and design and implement a web site www.royalseabathing.com. We enjoyed coverage in national newspapers for our efforts and are proud to be associated with the scheme. According to the judges we became "The Voice of the Development"

2008:

Estate Agency of the Year Awards: Best Small UK Lettings Agency, (Bronze),. The Judges commented "Milton Ashbury strives to be the small agent that makes Big Dreams come true. They have made a positive impact not only on their customers but on the community as a whole. 2008 saw the launch of the Milton Academy, a University linked development programme where the company financially rewards its team members undertaking relevant private study. As this groundbreaking scheme suggests, staff training is paramount."

Estate Agency of the Year Awards: Best Innovation (Silver) The judges commented that "Perhaps the greatest feature of this innovative idea is its simplicity. Milton Ashbury has identified an opportunity in their own business model to take control of tenancy issues. Milton Ashbury has identified a gap in the market and used it to increase their revenue. Supported by an agressive business development strategy they have added revenue to the bottom line through an innovative extension of what they were already doing very well."

Negotiator Awards: Lifetime Acheivement in Estate Agency - Graham Kinnear (Finalist) At the age of only 34 our Director Graham Kinnear was in the final shortlist for the Lifetime Acheivement in Estate Agency. This is a great acheivement for Graham and one he should be proud of.

2009:

Estate Agency of the Year Awards: Best Small UK Lettings Agency (Shortlisted), We again received recognition as being one of the UK's leading letting and management agents.

Corporate Social Responsibility, (Gold), We were awarded the first prize for our community and political lobbying efforts. We always remember that we work within a community and we should assist those in that community wherever possible.

Best Marketing Campaign, (Bronze) The judges commented "Milton Ashbury's huge success has been to use Landlord Assist to target areas way beyond the geographical area of its branch network. The timing for this product has been perfect when considering the downturn in the economic cycle."

2010:

Letting Agency of the Year Awards: Best Innovation (Silver) We were commended for a number of initiatives such as multi lingual marketing, staff development and business generation.

Negotiator Awards: Block Manager of the Year (Finalist), We were finalist in the block Management division for our continued effords in Freehold and Estate Management.

Green Champion of the Year (Finalist)  Our Green and Community efforts were again acknowledged at the Negotiator of the Year Awards at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane.

2011:

Letting Agency of the Year Awards: Best Innovation (Bronze) We were commended for the Landlord Assist tenant referencing service with the judges commenting "Recognised by the Industry as being one of the best systems in its field"
